MEMBERSHIP DUES, FEES AND ASSESSMENTS

  1. The following initiation fees and annual dues are applicable to the following membership classification

  2. Notes:
    1. Annual dues may be paid in full by the 31st of January, or in nine (9) equal payments through September.
    2. Dues paid in advance are NOT refundable should a resignation be tendered after June 30th of each year. Should a resignation be tendered prior to June 30th, members are responsible for all charges and assessments and prorated dues using the 9 month dues payment schedule.
    3. If dues are paid on a 9 month extended term schedule and a resignation is tendered before June 30th of each year, resigning members are responsible for all dues, assessments and charges through the month of resignation. Should the resignation occur after June 30th of each year, the member is responsible for all charges and assessments through the month of the resignation and the full balance of the remaining year's dues.
    4. Newly elected member’s dues will be pro-rated on a twelve (12) month basis.
    5. Prior members seeking to rejoin the club within a five (5) year period from date of resignation may apply for a credit of previously paid initiation fees. Any member resigning from Saginaw Country Club will not receive a pro-rata credit of their dues if they rejoin within 24 months of the resignation.
    6. Any member transferring from Class “B” Membership to Class “A” Membership must pay the difference between the current dues and fees of the two classes.
    7. Any changes in classification are subject to Board of Governors’ approval.
  3. Golf Fees:
    1. Guest Green Fees with Member - $40.00 for 9 holes, $60.00 for 18 holes, $60.00 for visiting GAM Members
      as approved by Golf Professional.
    2. Carts - $10.00 for nine (9) holes and $20.00 for eighteen (18) holes, per person.
    3. When play is interrupted, the playing of five (5) holes shall be considered to constitute the playing of nine (9) holes. The playing of more than fourteen (14) holes shall be considered to constitute the playing of eighteen (18) holes for Green Fees and Cart fees.
  4. Tennis fees - $5.00 per day for guests.
  5. Pool fees - $5.00 per day for guests.
  6. Locker fees: (Optional)

    2. Ladies - $65.00
  7. Locker Room fees: Mandatory to all golf members
    1. Men - $110.00
    2. Ladies - $45.00
    3. Club storage - $125.00 per year.
  8. Range fees included with golf memberships.
  9. Minimum annual charges shall be charged as set forth to the extent a members charges for food and beverage do not equal or exceed the minimum level by November 30th of each respective year.
