How do I sign in? Your user name is your member number; it may be 1, 2, 3, or 4 digits. Your password is a 4 digit member number, and the first and last initials of member name, in lowercase. Ex. Sam Jones, member number 222 User Name: 222 Password: 0222sj How do I change my password? Go to “Edit my public profile”, click on “Change my password” button at the bottom of the page, follow the prompts. What is “Edit my public profile” for? If you click on your name on the “Roster” page, the only information currently is your name. By editing your public profile you can choose what information is publicly available. Some members might like others to have access to their email address, or their phone…….. FILL IN ONLY THE INFORMATION YOU WANT PUBLIC TO ALL MEMBERS!! How do I get the “recent reservations” on my main page? When you make a reservation online it automatically shows on your main page, and disappears after the event. This will only show reservations you make ONLINE. How can I get the DIVOT online instead of in the mail? Go to the Divot button, click on the month you would like, it will open in a READ ONLY file. The newest Divot will always be on top. You can read it and even print it out if you’d like, but you cannot make reservations from the Divot pages. How can I print the Calendar? At the bottom of the calendar, there is a button that says “printable version”. When you click on it, you will be taken to a new page with downsized text. Then just click the printer icon on your toolbar. How can I make activity reservations? Go to the “Calendar” page. Click on the event you’re interested in, it will open a separate page telling you information such as time, cost etc. and offer you a button to reserve. If you don’t see a reserve button it may be because no reservations are necessary. Certain events, like the Invitational Golf Tournament, will say “by invitation only”. This means in order to reserve, you will need to contact the Pro Shop for instruction. You can go to “Contact the Club” and send an email to get further instructions. Online Reservations must be made AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE of the event. How can I make dining reservations? For dining reservations, you can click on the date and appropriate time frame (lunch or dinner), and a page will open offering you a button to reserve, The reservation box asks for # of guests, time, and any special instructions (i.e. “need highchair”, or “prefer window” etc.). Online Reservations must be made AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE! How can I make sure my reservation was received? Once you have made a reservation online it will show up on your
Members main page, (the page that greets you by name) instantly.
